It was a BIG weekend for Outermost Land Survey, Inc. On Saturday, March 8, 2014, Donald T. Poole, PLS was named Surveyor of the Year by the Mass. Assoc. of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers during the 2014 Convention!

Thanks everyone, I was speechless at the ceremony, kind of flustered and out of sorts! I'm not used to this sort of thing.

I am quite honored by the choice of the committee, and thank you Thadd for your nomination previously 🙂

When I look at the list of previous winners it's a real daunting list to live up to, I hope I am worthy!

But, this goes to prove that if you give back to the Profession, the profession that has paid your bills and put food on your table, then you will be rewarded.

Surveying has been very very good to me!

yep...they are doing wonderful things with carbon composite legs these days... and more portable tripods to boot.
