Hello all you fellow surveyors!

Just signed up on this forum and look forward to all the stories and issues everyone posts about. It's always nice to know others share the same problems that you do and to have a place to go for professional advice and information.

Just curious, is anyone on here practicing in the TN/GA/AL area, as I primarily am?

Welcome aboard, try to stay away from P&R is you want to keep your sanity...I'm just North of you in the Bluegrass State....;-)

I'm sure Sam Clemons will respond as he is in Chattanooga...there are quite a few surveyor's from Tennessee on here...

Welcome aboard!

I believe there are at least a few members here from those areas. Maybe they'll chime in here in a bit.

I enjoy watching the board. I'm always in awe of the width of the spectrum of opinions that surface from time to time. Stay tuned...there's always somethin' goin' on.

Welcome! I used to work in the area but moved back home to WV when the economy tanked. I have a GA license but don't do anything there anymore. Lots of knowledge around here. Almost any question or problem you have, someone has the answer or can point you in the right direction.

Welcome, I’m licensed in Georgia but don’t practice there. I’m certain you will find this forum a cornucopia of information and it has great moderators. The people on this forum are a wonderful and knowledgeable bunch as you will soon find out.

Have a great week!

Sam Clemmons from Jasper, Tennessee has been a longtime poster on this forum and those that preceded it.

Good to know. Yeah actually I know Sam Clemons quite a bit. Actually my first surveying job was with same company before he was licensed.

Getting ready to sit for my ninth (and final) state exam in Missouri in April. Might like to know a good place to get a MO surveying/boundary law book.

Also, what's P&R?
