Quite the contrary; something on the order of 30% fewer than a decade ago. That’s what likely explains the large numbers of openings. Something that hasn’t changed.
Fishing license.
Yes Dave I agree, Northern California is great, the money is less, but no traffic (or much crime where we are located)

I would think Chicago would devalue an Illinois license.
Well one would think that, but Chicago has lots of money, lots or work, and at one point had a unique land torren record system.
Land torren system? Could you elaborate on that? I've heard of land torren's but it's never been properly explained to me, anyhow.
We have it down here in NZ. Works really well, no have to track back through every deed family tree each time you buy just to be sure someone can't come back at you. Mirror and curtain principles generally work so well the insurance principle not often called on.

Funny thing happened...I lost track of time, and it got too late to complete the survey. I guess I will just have to come back tomorrow.?ÿ
Wait a minute, I might have to make one more stop

We have one in Washington State, and it is actively being dismantled for some apparent good reason.

I meant to reply to the Torrens comment...apparently I missed the click.
Florida? lol! Think again bud. Florida is not worth a lot. The price of work in Florida in my experience is rock bottom.?ÿ
