I would venture to say that you have a KMZ file open that was created by Trimble or some other software and GE can not find the specified file for its logo.

I get same result when I create KMZ from TBC or SPBC.

Just a reminder that the Google Earth API will die December 12, 2015. Not sure what they are going to replace it with. No word from Google on that.

The Google Earth API is a browser plugin for embedding the Earth Globe into a website. The shutdown is not related to the Google Earth Desktop Client.

Start unchecking Places and Layers until the [X] goes away and you should find the culprit.
