Supposed to do 3 jobs in one day. But Radio will not allow. (too far apart) that was Monday.
So, it stretches into 2 days.
Today's job rough, and overly "helpful" client. He adds on stuff. He actually is an older LS. But, well, you know how surveyors are!

Second Job, today, I have a glitch in my fine new Javad. (I moved up to testing version, which has a bug in it, BUT O it has some fine new features!) The bug, wastes about 2 hrs today. Actually, it's 2 bugs. The one, exacerbates the other. I'm worn out. But, I manage to finish my second job. (whew!)
Loaded up, and came home. BASE BATTERY is gone!
I forgot to close the tail gate, and well, it has ROLLED, (I found it a mile from home) Not good. It was a nice marine battery. Big un.

Now, I gotta get power for tomorrow... And, So, It wil be the truck. It does not stretch over a great range. I will be able to do it at 5 watts. So, maybe it will be fine.
Now, I gotta order another.
Hey, life is like that. Fishing reel tangles, at the moment of a BIG bite!

Hey, everybody, out there in survey-ville. May the owner of this planet, give you wisdom.
I ask him for it all the time. We are setting lines, that will be there a long time.

Nate

Nate, some days you're the hammer...some days you're the nail.

As my Dad used to say: Yeah, there'll be days like that. Then there'll be days that are worse.

What an optimist!?!?
