Does anyone know if Topcon Tools v7.3 will run on Win7 64bit? Or if I can download the new v7.5 and run it with my existing USB dongle?

There is no charge to update to the latest Topcon Tools. Version 8.2 works well on 7 64bit. You might need run it as an administrator. Also you will need to install drivers for the hardware lock. Sentinel drivers

Hmmm, that didn't work. I downloaded 8.2 to update from 7.3 on my 32bit XP PC. It doesn't recognize the dongle. aaagghhh
I bought Tools V6 some time ago. I was able to update to version 7.2 from the website, but I have never had a dongle. I started to move to my new 64 bit computer, and this was one of the big issues for me, and just never had a chance to research what to do next.
Does anyone know how to get a dongle if your software didn't orginally have one?
We have the 64 bit machines and downloaded the latest sentinel driver. It works fine with 7.2 but not with the latest version of Tools. I've just kept using the older program and have this written down on a punch list to follow up at some point. If you find an answer then thanks for sure.
