Hope you all have a warm place to stay the next few days.....
Thanks for pics Scott!
Wow!
My stomach got queasy just from looking at the pics.
Great post! Wouldn't want to be up there tonight:'(
Thanks and stay safe.
Brother Scott,
In the first and second photos...I had to focus on the horizon to keep from getting 'sick'...the third reminded me of a late night with Hiram Walker when I 'fell' and watched my feet fly above my head...
Thanks for the pictures...
Next time you travel to Arkansas...let me show you the 'heights'...from Pinnacle Mountain to the swamps of the 5th P.M.

In pic number two, there is no way I would ever want to have that guys job. No matter how many safety precautions are taken!!!

Thank you so much for these Scott. I use them as my desktop background.
Excellent pics. The clouds really add to the "experience". They are beautiful.

Scott-
Thank you.
I hope you will be publishing your photos.
Is it your surveying area for this project to do a continuing story by story lay-out and verification ?
Cheers
Derek
Great shots Scott.
I like in the first photo how the front of that green domed building is perfectly framed and reflected in the new one. And that it includes the memorial, the foot print of the old trade tower, at the bottom center of the photo.
And on the second photo the clouds and sky are ethereal, like a dream, maybe ominous, maybe benevolent, they’ll reveal their true character in their own sweet time. And I love the NYC geography lesson in this one… by my reckoning, that’s the Statue of Liberty just to the right of the giant angel food cake mold the guy’s changing the oil on, right? I’ve been pouring over google earth imagery to familiarize myself with the city for our impending trip and I now realize I should revisit all of you Picture of the Day posts to get a truer perspective.
The third photo I can’t examine for very long. My daughter was looking over my shoulder and when I scrolled down to it she shuddered and said “Eewww, nothing feels right."
Thank for posting these.
Thanks for posting Scott,
the clouds in the second picture are indeed adding an extra dimension,
