These are not of the job site, but mostly either on the way to or from the out of town (3 hours away) job. I got to stay with G-ma and G-pa (they just celebrated 65 years of marriage) on the farm for a couple days. It was a real nice visit.

Hi Brad,

the water scenery looks a little spooky to me ... could be the decor for a movie!

By a 3 hrs drive, is that one way to the site or the ride home included?

Chr.

3 hours from my home base, one way. So, I stayed at my grandma and grandpa's house about 30 minutes one way away for a couple nights. It was a real nice time visiting with them & having breakfast at the VFW with the old farts, etc.

Were you headed up to the "region"? If you look past all the steel mills and delapidated cities, it can be a really beautiful area.

Hobart, IN (Lake County) resident for 24 of my 32 years

You is one tall dude

Based on your shadow in the one photo.

Northern Indiana. That's where they harvest last year's corn crop just in time to plant this year's crop. Must save a fortune on storage fees.

I want to know what sort of creepy-crawly little green alien was sneaking up on you when you snapped the pic.

That next-to-the-last picture looks like a really huge barn of an awfully tiny outbuilding with extra-tiny windows. Must be a huge barn.

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

PS. it looks like it's probably best to step over those 8' fences either near sunrise or sunset, if you want to avoid those long drives or high-fence climbs.
