If it works, here is a Google Map link:

I'm looking for some time estimates to see how unrealistic my initial suggestion was.
Requirements: Contours and Planimetry on about 20 acres. Looking for 2' contours.
Site is about 600' x 1300'. From the map, there are 5 buildings, concrete walking paths, pond, trees (+/-150), and an open field. Terrain is not bad. About 12 feet of fall from the north side to the pond drainage. Then about 10 feet of rise to the south side. City control can be found at the southwest and northwest corners of entire farm (essentially on site). Utilities not required. Boundary very recently done and easily recovered with no issues.
I rounded up to about 30 hours of time max.
Is that too high of expectations? Too low?
You didn;t mention the maze, so I'll assume you're not locating that. I think three days is reasonable. If the boundary is cake then maybe only two days.
For me, solo with RTK and Robot it would take 5-8 hours in the field and about 1-3 hours in office.
The sight is very open, and you boundary is recent.
Not sure why it would take you 3 days, sounds high.
Get a case of redbull.
I usually bid unimproved topo at about 8-10 acres/day and improved at 5 acres/day. I would say your estimate is reasonable. But then again three guys in a F250 with GPS could probably do it for $300.:'(
I like it!

You can topo 20 acres in 5-8 hours? You want a job?
o.O :-O

30 hrs was exactly what I was thinking after a quick look at the aerial. Do they need individual trees? If so that can be a pain sometimes depending on type, line of sight and such.
Not far off with a two man crew, RTK GPS and robotic gun.
Figure what 100 hours of field work will cost and give them that price.
When they squawk, tell them if they don't like it they can call us.
