Had a personal record tonight. Got town approval on 2 subdivisions (a 2 lot and a 6 lot) in 35 minutes. No abutters showed. Wish they could always be like that.

Did the developer have to give .... (no.. excuse me... sell at a highly discounted rate like 10% of asking price) .... one of the lots to a member of the planning board?

That sort of stuff used to happen here all the time. Have heard board members look at one particular guy and as.... "Now, ****** did you get a chance to buy one of these lots yet? Yes? Ok, then I guess we can approve this."

The easy way is to survey without zoning and subdivision regulations.
