I truly miss the days of spinning angles with a Topcon GTS and a 48 in an environmental case! It was only 6 years ago but for some reason it seems a lot longer.

My GTS-302 hasn't seen the light of day for about 6 years now. I guess I ought to charge it up and make sure it still works.

Sure is a lot easier surveying with all the leaves off the trees.

It's a pretty good bet it will work, but also a good bet that the battery will have to be recelled first after sitting that long.

That is from the era before they figured out how to make gear quit working if you didn't keep up with the updates.
