WE will be developing this as a Golf course retirement comunity . I need a full survey including topo with 2 ft countours. , This will be a contract position. I will pay the flights, NCE LODGING, vehicle.

I have plenty of lost experience. Give me a chance and I can get most anyone lost at the places where I tend to go and/or wind up at.

With what I know now and give me 30yrs of my life back, this would be a wonderful experience.

The lower latitudes are too much for me to handle anymore.

😉

Can’t help you with the survey aspect, but if your sales brochures are available I would certainly like one! My email address is in my profile. My wife and I are going to purchase a retirement home in Panama or Costa Rica within the next 1-4 years.

Thanks!

Sounds like fun but the email bounced back...

I wonder what the Board of Land Surveyors requires for a project like this. I couldn't find a regulatory board in Panama.....

Don, I think he misspelled San Lorenzo in his email addy. Try it again without the "a".

I can survey any property for $399.99*! Don't be gouged, these con-artists with their electronic doohickeys are just gold-digging the contract. Tried and true theodolite and steel chain gets the job done everytime without all the expense of satellite equipment.

*Cutting line not included.

Chiriqi Province is characterized by volcanic soil with a curious species of grass growing there. My late uncle had a restaurant in Panama City, and one of his regular menu items was Chiriqi Porterhouse. The meat was from free range beef, was tough as shoe leather, and it was a popular menu item because of the extraordinary flavor characteristic of Chiriqi beef. People from all over South America would fly in to the city in order to eat several times at Restaurante Skychef, my Uncle Gus' place. (It covered an entire city block ... somewhat simiar in size to Bern's in Tampa, Florida.

Interesting place for a golf course ...

Don't think my State-issued license would be worth the paper it's printed on in Panama. There must be some sort of licensing for land surveyors there, which might necessitate residence or some other stipulation greatly limiting the potential pool of license holders.
