I happened to receive an email from this guy in VT who fabricates plumb bobs...
I don't know the guy, and I have NO FINANCIAL interest in the products. I just thouight some of y'all would enjoy this...
Thats great, especially the picture of Dave standing next to "his gear". He does nice work though,the replicas of the reeling plumb bobs were cool...hm hm hm...to funny
Now we can all get our wives plumb bob ear rings for Christmas! Would she be impressed.
SWMBO already vetoed that idea!! LOL (she hates the plumb bob!)
Some of them were a little too artsy for me, but he does nice work and I was especially impressed with the geared ones.

Impressed with his Rotary Table, the 3 legged knurling tool and the tool cutter used for the teeth. Did he do his own hardening and tempering for the gear cutter?
