Since angles were probably measured, not bearings, the person who was assigned to compute the bearings might have just not have thought about what they were copying to the page.

That's one of the things that bothers me about standard practice-why not report what was actually measured? Usually angles.

There were two pages and the other reports N55-27-49E.?ÿ I was just in auto mode and got the beep from Carlson when I punched in the bad minute.

Since the perimeter does not close by 0.55' and the lots on the west side of the road are missing the westerly boundary by a few feet, I am dealing with other issues anyhow.?ÿ The lots on the east side of the road are working great though...?ÿ this was a 1985 plan.?ÿ

The nearby 1996 plan and 2003 plan that have a 10' gap are of more interest as I am working on a division of the 2003 plan.

Might have been 56.6749 and some dummy thought it was DMS. ?ÿI like the switching a six for a zero thought, but, that then puts a question on the distance as well.

Might have to get in your truck and go out there and see what's there.... ?ÿ

The 10' gap is now a 15' gap.?ÿ?ÿ

There was a 10' gap and you found a 6' error, and now there is a 15' gap? Whoa!

I'd rather have your problem than my self induced mishap Friday night.

I spent Friday night, Sat and Sun in the damn Hospital with an elbow fractured all to hell after grabbing my Grandson and pretending I was going to throw him in the pool. Fell over backwards instead and landed on my elbow. Hospital threw me out Mon morning and have to return for surgery sometime this week. got to ride in a Meat Wagon too!

First time for overnight stays in Hospital since 1965 at age 15 (10 days for compound fracture of leg)

Oh well,?ÿlife goes on!?ÿ ??ÿ

My dentist made a jump up to land on the tailgate of his truck to throw out some cubes and hay to his pets.

Never move from cowpatties to a smooth surface, your feet fly up over your head and you land on shoulders, elbows, face or some portion of your skull.

He too smashed his elbow into bits and now has a tripod cast from hip to elbow to other shoulder and his injured wing is in that slow hand wave position with hand over head.

I keep telling him there are no local cabs out here to be hailing...............

DANG.?ÿ And here I was complaining about having bursitis and having to have my elbow drained a couple of times.?ÿ We're getting too old for this "stuff".
