Have you seen the new medical article saying that Lyme disease is the present day plague, and that it is almost incurable? I was shocked when I read the article. This is way worse than I thought. I don't know anyone who has caught it, but I think that it is just a matter of time.

I got it about four years ago also. The doctors said they couldn't find anything in my blood (went to the doctor to late.) Another surveyor told me about cloride. I did that for a year and doing fine now. I read about a new tic disease that is worse than lime. It kills about a quarter of those infected.

My wife was bitten by a tick, and now she is allergic to beef. It's amazing, I've pulled hundreds of ticks off of me in my career as a surveyor, not to mention many more when I was younger. I've been in the woods my whole life. She gets bit once or twice and is now allergic. It took forever to diagnose what was wrong with her. She gets very sick if she even eats anything that is COOKED with any beef, or has any beef additives.

Lyme Disease might be the least of our worries. Powassan is the new kid on the block and it's deadly.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powassan_virus

Viruses are the universe's killing machines. They've been around longer than cockroaches and they inevitably win. They have a genetic adaptability in which the creature in the "Aliens" series pales in comparison.

The only good thing about a mammalian species decimation due to a virus is those of us that survive will usually pass immunity to our offspring. Such is the cycle of the universal war of life.

Lyme's disease has been a big thing here on the east coast for over 20 years, and it is not uncommon at all here with an abundance of deer. I won't go into the details of how the tick progresses to spreading the disease but it is, in fact, not curable.
The name Lyme comes from a town (I believe in Mass.) where people were first stricken with it. The symptoms can be treated with antibiotics be the disease itself is not curable. The first tell tale sign is a bulls eye rash around the site where the tick implanted. I didn't get the rash but sure got the disease and it wasn't fun.
Look for the signs and symptoms, but most importantly, buy a spray, blouse your pants in your boots and be sure to spray your waist line as well.
Please look into the Lone Star tick and the effects that can have as well. If infected by that tick you could be potentially hospitalized by eating beef or pork if you are stricken.

Actually it comes from Lyme, CT. First popped up around here in about 1975 I think. My father in law had it, my wife had it, as well as a few other surveyors I know.

Up here in the great white north we haven't had much of a problem with ticks, the cold winters seem to do them in before they can get themselves established, but that seems to be changing with the winters getting milder. We just don't seem to get those extended periods of deep cold like we use to. I think I've seen maybe one tick in 20 + years. An old surveyor friend spent one lousy week on the east coast and was bitten and came down with Lyme. Told me he wouldn't wish it on his worst enemy. Just did him in to the point every joint in his body ached and didn't have the strength to do much of anything.

Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.

My sister in law has Lyme currently. She's about 25 and has had it since she was a small child. Apparently they didn't know she had it until recently. The way they explained it to me the virus itself is killable with anti biotics, but it lives under a biofilm that builds up over time, and is hard to penetrate, so the faster you treat lyme the better. She is currently at a specialized clinic in Florida to treat it. She is having a rough life.

I have a relative that had Lyme disease around 1990 and still suffers effects from it. According to him you need to be treated by a Lyme literate doctor. Most GPs will prescribe a regular (albeit strong) antibiotic, but will not administer in doses needed to eradicate it (fear of over-prescribing antibiotics). Here is a link to some info from Virginia Department of Health

Be very careful of ticks. My first experience with Lyme disease was an eye opener. I was in the hospital for several days on IV antibiotics as the Doctors had no idea what was going on, 103?ø fever and banging headaches. Sickest I have even been. My Lyme disease tests came back negative but fortunately my Doctor kept testing, the positive test was the IgG Western Blot. You may need both an antibiotic and an anti-bacterial drug. I was prescribed both. Also be sure that the disease has cleared by having a test sometime after the infection. You will most likely test positive but the right test can tell the difference. Also if you test positive there is a way to determine if the infection is recent or longer term. This could make a difference in the course of treatment. If suspect you have Lyme disease I cannot stress enough getting immediate treatment. See the link below for the suggested testing procedure at the CDC.

Go to:

http://lymephotos.com/

Willie Burgdorfer was a research scientist on this project. Working for a drug co. He was not allowed to "spill the beans". But, he did point us in the right direction.

I use Himalayan salt. I use about 1/2 to 1 tsp a day now. It definitely helps my nerves.

I probably would have quit surveying, without it. Or, it would have blown my family life. Or both.

My nerves are on edge alot, but the salt helps alot.

I stand corrected, it is CT.

Do a google search with the terms "Plum Island" and "Lyme", and behold the rabbit hole of information in front of you.

Do with that as you will and believe what you will believe. I personally believe the conspiracy theorists who say Lyme was designed and created by our government.

A good book: https://www.amazon.com/Lab-257-Disturbing-Governments-Laboratory/dp/006078184X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398271219&sr=8-1&keywords=lab+257

And, Jesse Ventura did an (overly dramatic) investigation into Plum Island some years ago, but it has good information. You can find it on youtube.

@kjypls The evidence is pretty clear... that somebody, with lots of money, wants to reduce the population of the earth.
Having read alot of stuff, it seems clear to me that "the gumbint" or "City Hall" is not an adequate name for those who believe this way. The adherents, and participants in this, are mostly linked... philosophically, not necessarily "In the same club".
We are surveyors. We are trying to set non shifting monuments, that will provide a foundation for others, in the future. So, in a sort of "Nate-way", I see these un named persons, as opposed to my work... because they want to fully return the land to the bears, and rabbits. And, I want to conquer it, and set it up for possession by humans. Sort of a vague sense of maybe we are "going opposite directions".
Have you ever read the "Georgia Guidestones"?
Some of the work of this un named sort of group.
No matter. I still like surveying, and want to do the best I can.

I don't believe in tin foil hats, chem trails or population reduction (although I believe people with common sense would benefit from thinning out the heard of idiots). I live in an area where all the tree huggers don't want to see so much as a blade of grass disrupted. The witnesses recently rang my door bell trying to hand me a copy of the Watch Tower, I declined and politely asked them to leave and with that, the really well dressed hot chick looks me straight in the eye and asks me "don't you want to know what we are doing to our planet", to which I replied, what exactly are you talking about? Her response, "everything is turning into a housing development, strip center or parking lot, soon there will be nothing left". She was visibly upset at my reply which was great! The population is not declining globally and I make my living providing the necessary professional skills to accomplish that development and that's what feeds my family. When I asked her if she lived in a house that somebody built by clearing land and paving her driveway the look on her face was priceless and she could not get away from my door step quick enough. It was sad for me though, she was very nice to look at, if only she didn't talk. LOL!
