Where the southerly and westerly boundary lines meet?
I can't read the bearings, but somehow I think this must be a trick question?
Oh I see - no bearings along those lines...very little curve data...what a mess.

I have an easement description that starts at the corner between the lots 4 and 5 on Wildwood Ave. who ever wrote it; thought this was the SW corner....

Isn't that curve data on the southerly line of Lot 3? (I can't make it large enough to read.)
Kind of weird how all the lines surrounding lot 5 and 6 are dashed...almost like that portion of the subdivision runs over onto another sheet? I have seen where the lot numbers don't match from one sheet to the next....
Gotta love the bearings to the nearest minute and distances to the thousandths.

The plat was recorded in 1909; Green Bank Rd. doesn't exist; the line you see running through lots 4,5,6 and 7 represents the centerline of Sylvester Rd., built in 1916.
I would call the corner of 4/5 at Wildwood the southerly or southeast corner. The southwest corner is pretty clearly the corner of 3/4 at Wildwood. Given the rest of the easement description, the resulting placement and actual use, which POB makes more sense? Once you figure that out, offer to rewrite the description to remove the ambiguity.

BINGO! We have a winner; give that man a Cigar!
Where's the north arrow???
I would assume the SW corner of 4 would be the SE corner of 3 if north was straight up
Ask Kent Mc.
He knows everything.
Well the bearings on your side lines is N 41 18' E with a 30 ROW and plats like this are why I hate curves.
I would say the reference point should have been the SW corner of Lot 5, Block 15. when discussing the 4/5 line. Not a major error, there is enough information to figure it out and correct it.
