Is it true that Leica GSR bipod is manufactured by seco but labeled for leica?

Yes, certain accessories are Seco but with Leica logo and customized for Leica.

Better SECO than some unnamed Chinese assembly line, I suppose. You didn't think that all of these things were handcrafted by the sons of Swiss watchmakers, in lederhosen, did you??ÿ?ÿ
Except that Trimble now owns SECO, which must make Leica uncomfortable.
