I was out in it all day yesterday.
My client gave me a big bag of homegrown tomatoes. I took em home, chopped them up, added mayo, chopped onion, salt, Cajun spice, and low! None are left!
Good fresh homegrown tomatoes are unbeatable. Good un, there Wendell!

I make a similar mess with all the above but I also add chopped cukes and a splash of ranch dressing.?ÿ My favorite Cajun seasoning is "Slap Ya' Mama".?ÿ Makes for a good chilled lunch when you're hot.
It's been a bumper year for my tomatoes.?ÿ I've got them all over the kitchen and a bag on the porch if the postman wants some.
