A few years ago I didn't have any problem finding historical aerials (back to the 30's) of this here sand bar that AI live on.
Now I can't find the site. I can't recall if it was the UNH archives, COE, MassGIS or NOAA or even any of them.
I have searched the sites, googled it, and still am lacking.
Any clues? I am looking, in particular, for the area at Crosby Landing, Brewster, MA. This is for a paper SWMBO is working on for her Coastal Zone Management certificate..
Thanks for any clues!!
Don
PS I am aware of and have the google earth data back to 1995, I am looking a little further back...
Historic aerials has data back to 1938. I like the slide compare feature.

GE takes all the free data they can, the 1995 can be obtained from MassGIS.
We have a bunch of old aerials and negatives from Whitney & Bassett. This winter I will be setting up a photo station to take pictures of old pictures, but it does not help much now.
Thanks Andy. I did find that site but wasn't sure if free access was still possible...

How about the older data that used to be free?? Any clue where that is hiding now??
Thanks Thadd.... Do you have any imagery of the brewster beaches prior to 1995??
We used aerials from US Soil Surveys in Maine...not sure if Mass has the same...

Look for the National Cartographic Information Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
At least that's where I have gotten a lot of old stuff.
If I can find the link, I'll add it in a few minutes.
