A new low. Sad thing is another surveyor will try to beat and compete with this nonsense. I bet another new low will be achieved by Monday morning.

Why do some think so low of their work and what they provide?

With advertising like this and prices so low I'm sure they will be a success...not!

IMO - it's because the owner of the company is not a licensed land surveyor
(see the thread "this is weird')

That's interesting. I clicked on your link and noticed they have a picture of one of our crews from several years ago. I think they must have pulled it off of our website.
We are in Port Orchard, WA. I have several licenses but AZ is not one of them.

Bob,

Have you reported them to the AzBTR?

Texas is in the process of removing their Texas website from the web.

Bob,
Thanks for the response. I only visit here every now and then. I read the post you mentioned and it seems like someone is doing something about this. Thumbs up!

They are a broker. The way to deal with brokers is for local surveyors to tell them "no thanks". But, as long as there are surveyors willing to deal with them, do the extra work of drawing and editing the survey to there standards, their blocks, their border, their layers ... all while leaving money on the table, and basically paying the broker out of your own pocket to act as a middle man, then their will be survey brokers.
