I've been off work since Friday afternoon of last week. Had some vacation and PTO I needed to use up before the end of the year. Still have enough left to take a few days off before Christmas if we aren't busy.

Unlike most of the apparent slackers ;-)above,I’m doing some drafting today. Drawing a plat for the subdivision of a parcel to accommodate a bank branch office amidst a large single/multi family and commercial development.

Finishing up the drawing for a 2 block ALTA at

33°45'31.40"N 84°23'29.20"W

Old church (1910) that was converted into a House of Blues for the 96 Olympics. Right across the street from the famous park were the bomb went off during the games. Lots of history, few property corner monuments.

Cool job! And I must say again - thankful to have work!

South Salem. Only about 15 miles from here, but the place we're moving into is about half the size of this one.

Yup...writing/compiling software to make my life easier (and more productive).

Yes, just returned to the office from a recon trip on a boundary survey. Had to run some errands this morning. Might go out to the field for a few hours tomorrow morning to shoot in one pin and some curbs and a lake for this boundary we started today. Rain forecast for Monday, so I need to get a jump start on it.
