Maybe he dumped his old antenna TV for a high broadband satelite dish? I know when I upgraded my TV package from simple basic with about 20 channels to my new package I went from 20 or so channels to well over 200 in just a couple of hours.
Maybe he had 4 roosters and a dozen hens.
Since we're on to species proliferations that could easily be cockroaches as well.

Back in 1996 I got a county job with 742 mons to be set, but we had to use Americorps kids to do the job. My job was to train these 18 year old kids in GPS procedures, then chase down all 8 crews, for whatever trauma they had for 8 weeks. They were lost from the get go, and this was when cell phones were LARGE and didn't work where we were. I carried a whole set up with me to fill in when one of the kids were out of service...most sesions!!! Drove by a bunch of those points today, with actually fond memories, and wondered what those kids are doin' now!!!
