Is anyone else having files with GLONASS observables rejected by NGS? Just started today...
That has been an issue, I though they would not process at all if they were present. Not sure why they can't just ignore them.
I always strip out the Glonass (and other constellations) before submitting. Relatively easy to do with teqc, just use the -R switch on the command line to get rid of Glonass birds
Like John (above), I always strip out the GLONASS (Compass, Galileo) birds before sending the files to OPUS.
However, I just sent a "full boat" (NAVSTAR,GLONASS,Compass,Galileo) file just to see what happened, and it processed fine (<5 minute turnaround).

Just submitted one with GLONASS SVs 10 minutes ago and processed fine.
Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.

It's different for you...you can see Russia from your job site.
I probably got flagged for my time in the Baltic...

Russian satellites do not interfere with US Government OPUS solutions. Failing surveying media desperate for page views. Sad!

Yes, but only because the earth is flat, and if you believe this you too could qualify as a Fox News commentator.

It MIGHT be that certain servers at NGS behave differently. Not all data is processed on a single server, maybe they have slightly different versions of software. I write a lot of software, and I know it can be difficult to make sure that the software on all of my PC's is all the same version. I make small tweaks and bug fixes, but I do not put version numbers on them (just me and my staff using the software), so it can be difficult to keep track.
They probably use scripts to pre-process the data, and one single line in a script can make a difference.
