Not sure what is happening here. Exporting TDS style raw data out of a magnet job and I am missing descriptions on a 4th of the points. First though was the point code was causing something; however in the photos below shot #301 is CLRD DYL OC, but the code comes in when used at #415.

Your field book denotes you are usng Magnet Field v4.0, I suggest you upgrade to latest version 4.3.1
