I've got a few Leica 1200 Series total stations at my shop that output an RW5. We are trying to manage all of our field data in TBC. TBC will import total station data in RAW format, but not in RW5 format.
Does anyone know of a simple way to convert from RW5 to RAW or to otherwise import RW5 files into TBC?

Not familiar with Leica, but I would try just changing the file extension to .raw and see what happens.
Just rename it to .raw (after saving a backup).
I do the opposite with our Ranger .raw files to process in Carlson Survey (rename from .raw to .rw5). It works fine, even though I'm sure that someone will say that it's not the correct method.
Simple and 'works fine' is the definition of 'correct' in my book...
RW5 is the original TDS format. Guess who bought TDS. Pure idiocy.
Right click and change file extension. I do it on every job that comes out of a nomad for Carlson.
That was way too easy.
