I have downloaded that and attempted to install it on three separate workstations at least twice on each one. Every time the installation fails. I finally gave up!
You are lucky!! When it installs it takes over your computer. It sends all CAD files to TrueView. If you are running Carlson, etc, and click on a file in windows explorer for a quick look at the file, it's going to open with TrueView.
