I'm not able to reach the Carlson website. Their support says it "works on our end". Anybody else having trouble reaching their site?
www.carlsonsw.com takes a long time to respond with:
The connection has timed out
The server at www.carlsonsw.com is taking too long to respond.

http://update.carlsonsw.com/phpBB2/ goes immediately to a 404 Not Found error message.

Thanks for checking. I still can't get it up on my work computer but I can bring it up on my phone. I'm going to kick it over to my company IT people. I think it's a problem at our end.
