Anyone know of an app for droid devices, preferably tablets, that you can mark up PDF plans with? I'd love to take a set of plans home with me from work and mark them up digitally (on the beach :-P) instead of lugging around a set of plans. Any help is appreciated!
I guess the easiest answer would be something Adobe, but I haven't seen anything.

I use ezPDFreader on my Nexus and I like it. I downloaded it when I was in Panama so I could sign some legal documents. Have kept it because it's pretty good. You'll find it in the play store

I believe James' link will get you there, but the adobe mobile app is free and very powerful. You can do comments, signatures, freehand drawing markup's and more. If you're willing to pay them a bit, there's even more functionality available.
I've run it on a Samsung S3, Note3, & Note10.1 tablet with zero issues.
