Surdex is right in St. Louis but I don't have experience with them.
We use http://www.williamsaerial.com/ for our needs. Very good people to deal with.
Surdex is in StL. We like to work with them. They are involved in the local Professional Society as well. Email me and I can send you some contact info.

Generally with aerial mapping, any firm in the USA can do the work just fine, the ground control would be contracted as well as the aerial acquisition. It is fairly common for the acquisition to be subbed or on large projects to team effort that part of it with what might be your competitor tomorrow, we have a good working relationship with many of the acquisition firms in the USA, it is a pretty small club. If you have a mapping firm you use even if they aren't in STL, they should be able to help you out. We have completed projects over the years at great distance from our NW based offices.
