When I look at NCAT there are several options for the horizontal datum. Did OPUS report HARN and FBN lat/lon that were dependant on the SPC zone selected? Did OPUS use any other intermediate realizations between (1986) and (2007)
Specifically, if someone gave you coordinates with no metadata from OPUS observations in 2005 in north central Missouri, what would you select to convert to NAD83(2011) ?
NAD83(CORS96) epoch 2002.0 (at least in the eastern US, not sure about the west coast)
NAD83(CORS96-2002) out here on the wet coast. It was my understanding that NAD83(2007) was supposed to fit the CORS96 values but that did not work so well around here.
I would check a nearby data sheet for super ceded control. It doesn't mean that they would have used the latest for the date but it's about all you can do. Depending on your location it might only make a cm difference.
