Couldn't connect bkg ntripcaster

I am new to this whole ntrip stuffs. I am working as a server admin in a company. My task is to fetch data from base station through ntripcaster. They gave me bkg ntripcaster which i set up in the server using the manual provided. I should generate credentials and give to the base station right? I created credentials in sourcemount.aut but I gave the credentials to the team. They used the credentials in the ntripclient but it is not working. It's kicking out connection. What should I do? What am I doing wrong?
