I think as long as the items bear some relevance to the user population, it's perfectly acceptable to post your ebay listings. If someone were to clog up the category by posting loads of listings of little interest to surveyors, that might be a different matter, but so far it's worked out fine.
That looks like a nice 3" gun. But, I was looking at the manual online and I am wondering if you are selling the tripod with it? If so, do you have the flimsy one that can't be used to pound stakes or something better? LOL
Life hack: I learned a long time ago that if you are going to use a tripod to beat a stake into the ground, it's best to leave the gun on top, for added weight.

Yes, you may. It's Ok when it's just one individual that's one of our members trying to sell a few things; it's another thing when it's a person or a store (or some other organization) that is just here to blatantly advertise and sell goods. :-/

No doesn't come with a tripod. I done used up the tripod on stakes and such.
