I did do a search of the site, and didn't find anything.

One of the latches on my Nikon case broke the other day. Don't know how, opened it, pulled the instrument out and set it up. Looked back down ans the pieces were laying on the ground.

I have done every possible search I could thing of for finding a replacement and now come to you all.

Has anyone here found a replacement, or even a different latch system to put on the Nikon case?

Any help would be appreciated.

They're available. Same as the NPL 352 box. WildWoman.com got them for us.

Sometimes you can find used cases or if cheap enough the instrument with a case on Ebay. If not try this website use screws or a rivet gun. But yes those latches seem to break all the time. I also hate it when they make a case you can grab without it being close. Like when the handle is only attached to one side of the case. I prefer the case to be split down the handle that way if someone closes the case without latching it, well at least you have a fighting chance of the instrument not being dumped on the ground.

There is a part number for that.

I was able to get replacement for my Sokkia case from Hayes when it was in for a tuneup.
