The 2024 Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon Conference starts today!
RPLS.com has an exhibitor booth there for all 3 days, so I hope to see you there. I might be a little late, since my driveway and my street are a skating rink at the moment. But I will get there as soon as possible, as the rain melts it down a bit more.
The overnight ice storm has impacted in-person attendance so far, but the crowd is building.
Yeah, it was pretty sloppy getting here, but once I hit the main roads, all was good. Just got to see several guys I haven't seen for several years! SO glad I'm here. 🙂

Unfortunately I went the virtual route this year. I'm working on a 6 week long light rail closure that was supposed to start last Sunday. Mother nature saw fit to put it off for several days. Now it looks like I'm not needed on site until Friday. As is stands I could have made it to a couple of days in person.
I'm thinking about going to conference in Vegas in March, work schedule pending.
Unfortunately I went the virtual route this year.
Bummer! But I totally get it. Perhaps next year. 🙂
