We've changed our plans to stay a few more days so we could drive down to Fayetteville, Arkansas to spend more time with our daughter. Anyone care to join us in Fayetteville for a BeerLegger? We're thinking maybe Wednesday night, October 2.

Anyone up for this? If so, any ideas on where to meet in Fayetteville?

Wendell,
Sorry I'm not able to get to Fayetteville to visit. A lot of the Arkansas Surveyors are heading to Mount Magazine Wed. night for the ASPS Fall Short Course.

Check out Doe's Eat Place while in NW Arkansas.

Bummer! Bad timing on our part but we didn't expect to go there at all.

Thanks for the recommendation. We might also be able to do Tuesday or Thursday though if anyone is interested.

Dang it. I could be there in about three hours, but, I have an annual meeting that I must run Wednesday evening. Better stay close to home instead of spending six hours on the road.

Has been many decades since living in Fayetteville.
Would like to get back soon. I still have one old friend who is getting older than dirt still living there.

All the restaurants and joints that I knew are probably long gone.

Nice 'day trip' travel would be to go out to War Eagle Mill ion the War Eagle river for the scenery and then cruise over to Eureka Springs is a nice diversion in the Ozarks.
