I mailed in my registration form for the Missouri Conference coming up the week after next.

They have put together what appears to be a very interesting schedule of classes. I am looking forward to attending the classes, and hopefully meeting a few of the guys from here.

I will be working on a few jobs up near the area that week that made it possible for me to be able to attend.

If you are going to be attending, shoot me an email. The address is in my profile.

The seminar about drones sounds like it would be very interesting.

I would like to ask Mr. Elgin why he doesn't think the short cut method
was used in Missouri by deputy government surveyors. His teacher and former
partner, Dr. Knowles, wrote an article saying that it was used. If you visit an
Internet site showing scanned 7.5' minute quadrangles, you will immediately
see that the short cut method was used in Missouri and Arkansas.

Mr. Penry, from Nebraska, wrote an article, a few years ago, about the short cut
method being used in Nebraska.
