Things in Spokane may have picked up now, but I am guessing it was dire for the past few years.
We are 4 hours away from Spokane and for the last 16 months have been competing with Spokane firms on local work. Generally that is not great news. The fact they underbid some two and three day jobs tells me it was likely zero profit, and just keeping their crews employed.
