Trying to decipher a deed. So far I've got:
A right of way being a strip of ground thirty five feet on each side of the center of/line of the Noble Ditch (something) now constructed or/on (something)
Section township and range are known so not worried about those.
Any ideas on what some of these missing and messed up words are?
looks to me like:
"...Ditch as now constructed on the south east quarter of section 36 township Eight (8) North Range (?) five feet of the something Meridian.

@Curiouser I think you got it actually. I was mostly puzzled on the southeast quarter of the section, but it makes some sense with the current lay of the land.
And yeah it's Section 36, 8 North, 5 West of the Boise Meridian.
