I am running a Topcon Hiper+ rover on a local RTK network here in Indiana. We are using TopSURV on a FC-200 data collector. It connects via Bluetooth to a Verizon cell phone with a data plan.

All of a sudden lately after I connect to the internet via the #777 through the cell phone, then as usual when I select Survey --> Topo --> Config Modem which is supposed to connect to either the INCORS or the TOPNEXT local network, it simply will not connect to either network.

I have reached out to our local dealer here in Indianapolis, but they often seem to be pretty busy, so I am reaching out to you.

I wonder if I have some setting wrong?

My subordinate employee slash partner never uses foul language with one exception...

dealing with the FC200 which according to him is the most troublesome piece of equipment he has ever had to deal with.

Toasted a FC150, replaced it with a FC200 (about threw it off the dock), rented a FC2500, purchased a Fc2600. Still collecting dust but should be in the field today.

Had the same problem with the 200, firm ware was the issue.

Well I am shipping this off to Hayes tomorrow.

Troy was good enough to recommend that I send this off to Hayes.

I sure do appreciate a good stand up man.
