Among the many misleading (OK, lies) in that video:

LSQ bought spectrum in 2003, yes and no, they bought a little satellite comms company that had the spectrum but in 2003 that spectrum was reserved solely for satellite comms (MSS). LSQ started the bait-and-switch in 2003 by getting an FCC (also pushed by the administration) dominated by corporate puppets to allow them to put a little bit of terrestrial in the satellite band. 2011 sees them claiming that gives them carte blanche to put all of the terrestrial they want in the MSS band.
GPS receivers are designed for the existing bands, not the huge modification LSQ is claiming. Not obsolete.
LSQ is not the only plan, they have compettitors pushing plans too; but no one else is trying to use MSS spectrum.
Harbinger made $B's hedging against the toxic assets of the mortgage ciris, now they are hedging against our bad economy desperate for something like boradband to save us.
The broadband push is for 500MHz of new broadband. LSQ is only offering 10MHz. They are not the only answer. GPS is not stopping innovation, only stoppin g this weasely hedge fund from hosing us again.

I can tell GPS are the bad guys and LSQ are the good guys simply by the music that they play when talking about one or the other... 😉 😀 😛

Quite a combination of false facts and true lies. If repeated often enough it will become truth.

Are there any other Pro or Against Lightsquared Videos?

Thanks EP, I hadn't seen that one. Pretty simple but to the point.

Are there any other videos out there that we know of either pro or against the issue?

Cool. That video was made by SiTech, which is the closest Trimble Dealer to me, and they service my old Geodimeters 600s. Nice people there.

I must be missing something.

Is the problem with light squared that they are going to mess up the RTK radio communnications? Or are they going to mess up the GPS signal?

The GPS signal being received at the Base and Rover. The RTK radio comm broadcasting the correction signal would be useless.
