My radio cut out after a few hours of work but I was finish the job. I thought my battery was dead. I went to setup my rtk this afternoon and noticed a burnt pin. The radio did come on and transmit light was on once I started the base then it cut out. I went check the cables and noticed this
. Can this be repaired or is it finished?

Well THAT can't be good!
🙁
As long as no circuits were fried, replacing the plugs could fix your problem.
That exact style of plug may take a major search.
Start with Google and EBay.
Our equipment manager says yes and it costs a couple hundred bucks. He also tells us never to go past 16 watts and never the (hwy) setting it heats up the radio faster. I also use a sun screen on top of radio.
Be sure there is a fuse in line from the power source to the radio, then be sure to make it small enough to be useful. I know it can be frustrating to burn out fuses on the radio but if it saves that from happening,,,,,,,,,,, I had one go out last Tuesday, and it's a pain to go back to the radio and replace it, still it's better than sending the radio in for repairs. The power cord came with a 5 watt blade fuse, about about the weakest one for that application, but it may have saved me from your situation.
Make sure you get an updated cable with the repair. The part number should end in REV-B if memory serves.
I called Local dealer they said it could be repaired and I ordered a new cable. They will also repair the old cable I can use as a spare.

I had a 15 amp fuse guess I'll get some smaller ones.

Had the same issue, we were told you MUST turn the power off before disconnecting the power cable.
Pin 1 (the burnt one) is +12v on the Trimble gear I'm familiar with, so I can see how unplugging the cable before powerdown might do that.
I have heard that you should firmly hold/tie the data cable to the tripod so it isn't swinging in the wind, This can cause
micro shorts scorching the pinholes
