Last week I located the track at four different at-grade road crossings. Here are a few pics and a screen shot of the points from one of them over some Google Earth images.
Nice. Was the location for PTC asset update with the crossing being upgraded? Love the jig.

Is that a SECO total Station backpack? Do you use that to carry the S6? I would love to see some pics on that as well as your opinion on how well the backpack work for the S6. I have been wanting one of those but always unsure as to how well it would work.

Not for PTC, just for crossing replacement. We are doing 13 of them on that line by the end of the year.

Yes sir, that's exactly what that is, and I do use it to carry the S6 for times when I have to hump it a long distance. I really like it. It is way better and more comfortable than the old school rectangular ones. It has a big piece of padding that wraps and Velcros around the instrument inside. The S6 pretty much takes up the whole large pocket. I'm working a booth at a conference for the next few days, so I'll post a few pictures later this week. I would highly recommend getting one.
