Good morning, I have a problem regarding the data transfer mode of the receiver 5800 to the pc, I tried to establish the connection and I get a window, which I add for your better understanding, what do I have to do ?, I already tried in several Computers and I could not.
I have to enter in download mode or what would be the solution ?.

to start make sure the connection profile is selecting the correct serial com port and is set to the correct baud rate.
The make a new profile and test if needed.
There may be a new version of the data transfer utility also?
