I tend to sign both on the line at the left and inside the box.?ÿ I also put my number and the date in the box and seal that.?ÿ ?ÿ?ÿ

I stamp the box inside section D and sign the signature line, and date the date line.

Stamp, sign and date in block plus on the lines for signature and date plus sign and date the comments section when needed.
