No doubt some of the locals got a kick out of a headline that a Rap singer bought a Massive local ranch in Wyoming.?ÿ
I couldn't resist and clicked on the click bait headline curious about what ranch was purchased.
Turns out it was a 3000 acre place.
But in this country that isn't a massive ranch, multiply 30-50 times and you're getting there.?ÿ
I saw the headline but didn't click the link.?ÿ ?ÿWonder if he paid exorbitant price for the small amount of land??ÿ ?ÿI am sure the realtor saw the money coming!
I think it was 14mil, there was a local place about the same acreage that sold for very close to that amount, of course you aren't paying for acreage with these hobby farms/mini ranches. That bare acreage can go for widely different prices, location, location.
Seems like I remember reading about a spread in Wyoming that was nearly 600K acres..that would be almost 200 times the size of the rapper's li'l swatch.?ÿ Wait until he finds out the HOA requires him to mow.
"Rap singer"
Isn't this kind of an oxymoron? I believe "Rap Artist" is the proper definition.?ÿ
Think 3000 acres is big enough for His ego?
The property in question has been referred to through several recent ownerships as "Monster Lake Ranch".
I believe the term "Monster" refers to the size of the fish in its two lakes rather than the extent of the property.

"Rap singer"
Isn't this kind of an oxymoron?..
Kinda like "engineering design" and "military intelligence".
The most recent large ranch sold in Texas that I am aware of is the Waggoner Ranch, over 500k acres.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waggoner_Ranch
It was bought by Stan Kroenke that owns a couple of?ÿ sports teams somewhere and married a Walton.
Yeah but it's... Wyoming.?ÿ If it's in the mountains or foothills that's one thing but if it's eastern Wyoming then the guy got robbed.?ÿ That's the most miserable area I've ever driven through in my life.
