Political Aspect?

The intent was to promote a discussion over employee use of legal weed in any state where it is legal. Alcohol is legal almost everywhere but use by or abuse by employees can be covered under company policy. Sooner or later someone will have to have a company weed policy.

I had no intent to get into the politicalness of the matter but I was inappropriately personal in asking how our hosts voted, for which I apologize. That was not a very good icebreaker to open the attempted conversation.

I believe Nate knew what I was talking about since he had replied to my deleted post. Tedd should have been able to figure it out and I was uncertain how much I should elaborate for those who came late to the conversation. I have no idea who else may have read or posted to that thread before it was removed. That however is over the dam, under the bridge and down the river.
