Cohorts,
I've run across an item that I've never seen before and hope to elicit an answer to my question; what is it?
The circular discs are thin and have what might have been a cutting edge, however, said discs are fixed in place by rivets, eliminating the option of rotating them to a fresh cutting edge. The bar the discs are attached to is adjustable, though. The discs also have a slight arc to them suggesting that it might be some sort of shaping tool.
The socket looks as though it would accept something akin to a rake handle.
Any guesses?
