LightSquared's Phil Falcone to be on Fox News @ 2:15pm (ET) today, presumably to defend his proposal and relationship with the Whitehouse.
Probably not the best place for him to do an interview. I don't think Fox will a problem throwing him under the bus if the makes Obama looks bad ...
The funny thing is that most of the groundwork for this happened in the Bush administration. Both administrations want wide-spread broadband, except both fell for the bait-and-switch. It isn't really a Democrat vs. Republican issue... Both parties are following the money.

Somebody is lying, either LSQ or the rest of the world! Both positions can't be true. If he said LSQ has been approved since 2002 one more time I was going to break my screen. Does he think if he repeats that lie enough it makes it true? The game changer was turning the spectrum that they had since 2002 into a ground based system from a space based system in 2010, he seems incapable of understanding how it isn't the same game plan as in 2002!

So Fox gave him 15 minutes? I'd be nice to see them give a GPS expert a few minutes to explain the reality of the situation, not the business pitch.

Fox is only interested because they smell blood in the water over the possibility that the Obama administration pressured General Shelton to soften his testimony.
Fox doesn’t give a rat’s ass about the fate of GPS. They’re only looking for opportunities to hang Obama by his nutz. A GPS expert couldn't help them with that.
Falcone Was Lying With A Very Straight Face.
When asked about the interference he said, they had a fix for that 5 years ago.
If they had a fix why have they not shared it with anyone in the know?
That interviewer knew nothing about the problem and was just a set up straight woman.
