At first glance we're missing Hawaii, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Thanks for making me look. I found another mistake.
The first NE says 4 The second NE says 3. The first NE was supposed to be ND with 4.

Idaho for almost 31 years of licensure. Now with the county surveyors office. It has been interesting to say the least.

Side note, when I started this career, I never dreamed of working outside of 2-3 counties in PA, when I became licensed I never dreamed or working outside PA. Just goes to show how your perspective on life's path can change.

Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico. That is the order I was Licensed in, I live in Northeast Texas and work in all 5 states but primarily in Texas and Louisiana. I can go from Texas to Louisiana in a boat from my house.
