Leica Target Plate

The prism pictured in the attached on top is a GPH1. I need a target plate as in the photo.

The target plate below in the photo?ÿis from Allen Precision and is a 106850. It does not fit the prism. Too wide and not enough clearance on top.

Is there still a target plate to fit a GPH1?

APE and Leica haven't answered emails
